Asher's Reading Activity

Asher read a book about Sun bears.  The book was non-fiction so Asher's reading task was to choose some facts to share.  He had to take a photo of the bears, as well.

Language Experience - Dirt

Eating Dirt (photos to come)
Do I really have to eat dirt it is disgusting?
It will be horrible. It will taste like cockroaches and slimy worms. I will feel crazy.
I tasted it and it tasted like crunchy coco pops. Miss Ladd tricked us it was chocolate cake. It tasted quite nice and it was gooey.

Yuck, dirt I do not like it. Yucky! I will not eat dirt. Hahaha, Miss Ladd it was chocolate cake. I ate it. Eww, eww, eww! It was gooey, wet and sticky but it was delicious.

I hope it’s yummy. Do I have to eat it? It will taste yuck. It will hopefully taste like chocolate. But brown chocolate is yucky. I only like white chocolate, so I didn’t try the dirt!
